At Sawtooth Saunas, each sauna is built to order and delivered with care. We are committed to making the delivery process smooth, professional, and clear from start to finish. We encourage you to email us any questions or concerns you have before ordering. This will help us make your Sauna delivery as smooth as possible. Below are our shipping and delivery guidelines:
Delivery/shipping Policy - Sauna Units
We offer to personally deliver our Saunas within 100 miles from our shop in Mountain Home, Idaho.
All deliveries are handled by truck and trailer, ensuring your custom sauna arrives safely and securely.
Delivery & Placement
Upon arrival, your sauna will be trailered to the address provided. Placement is done via forklift or crane, depending on access and site conditions.

Important: Forklift or crane services are not included in delivery and must be arranged separately by the customer at their own expense.
Customers must ensure adequate site access for unloading and placement.
Build & Lead Time
All saunas are made to order and typically ready to ship 6-8 weeks after order confirmation. Build times may vary based on order volume and seasonal conditions.

Local Pickup Option
You are welcome to pick up your sauna directly from our shop in Mountain Home.

A truck and flatbed trailer capable of hauling 4,000+ pounds is required.

We’ll help load your sauna and provide any needed guidance for transport.
Damages & Delays

If any damage occurs during shipping, Sawtooth Saunas will make it right.

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays are possible, especially due to weather or build queue. We will communicate promptly if anything changes.

Shipping Policy - Sauna accessories
-Processing Time
All sauna accessory orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

-Lost or Damaged Packages
Sawtooth Saunas is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim and notify us so we can assist as needed.
-Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded or replaced.
