Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Sawtooth Saunas, every unit is handcrafted to order with care, quality, and attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have the following refund and cancellation policy in place:

Refunds Before Production Begins
Customers are eligible for a full refund of their purchase until production begins. Once we start building your sauna, all sales are final.
You will receive a notification via text or email when production is scheduled to begin. If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible before that notification is received.
No Refunds After Production Begins
Once production has started, materials are ordered, and your sauna is custom-built specifically for you. At that point, your order is non-refundable.
What if Something Goes Wrong?
If your sauna is damaged in shipping, Sawtooth Saunas will repair or replace the affected part(s) at no additional cost. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details on how we handle shipping damages.

Sauna Accessories - Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your sauna accessory, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
