Welcome to Sawtooth Saunas. By using our website, making a purchase, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Ordering
We accept orders via our website, by email at sawsaunas@gmail.com, and in person. All saunas are built to order and production begins after order confirmation. Customers will be notified via email or text when production is scheduled to begin.
Sauna accessories are ready to ship within 3 business days of purchase.
2. Custom Builds & Refunds
All saunas are handcrafted to order. Full refunds are available only before production begins. Once you receive notification that production has started, your order is non-refundable. For details, please review our Refund Policy.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery within a 400 miles radius of Mountain Home, Idaho. Free delivery is provided within 100 miles; beyond that, delivery is charged based on distance. Placement via forklift or crane must be arranged by the customer. We also offer pickup at our shop. For complete terms, visit our Shipping Policy.
4. Warranty
We provide a 1-year limited warranty on our sauna units covering defects in materials and craftsmanship.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover heater unit, damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, abuse, alteration, negligence, weather-related issues, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability:
Sawtooth Saunas is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use or profit.
Claims:
Warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser via email to sawsaunas@gmail.com with proof of purchase and order confirmation number Additional documentation may be required.
5. Customer Content
We welcome photos and testimonials from customers. By submitting any content (images, testimonials, etc.) to us via email or social media, you grant Sawtooth Saunas the right to use and publish it on our platforms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including photos, designs, branding, and written materials—is the property of Sawtooth Saunas. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or sauna designs without written permission. Our saunas may be resold, but the original design and branding may not be duplicated.
7. Privacy Policy
We collect customer information only when voluntarily submitted (e.g., newsletter signup). We respect your privacy and never share or sell your personal data.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
